Quotations

Vehicle Repairs & Servicing

Vehicle Collection

Customers are encouraged to collect their vehicles promptly once notified that work has been completed.

Kereta Care is not responsible for losses resulting from unnecessary delays in vehicle collection.

If a vehicle remains uncollected for an extended period, reasonable storage fees may apply after prior notice has been provided.

Vehicle Buying, Selling & Trade-Ins

Vehicle valuations are based on factors including:

• Mileage
• Market demand
• Service history
• Inspection findings

Any valuation provided before inspection is considered an estimate only.

Final offers may differ after a physical inspection has been completed.

Ownership transfer will only proceed after all required documentation has been completed in accordance with Malaysian regulations.
